Job Summary
The Neuro/Spine Surgical Technologist – Advanced OR Team position at the Cleveland Clinic is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to patients undergoing complex neurosurgical and spinal procedures. This role focuses on supporting surgical teams in delivering exceptional patient care during operations while ensuring the maintenance of a sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Ensure the maintenance of a sterile field during surgical interventions.
- Support surgeons and assist in various tasks during operations.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to promote patient safety and success.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
- Certification for operating room practices.
- Experience in neuro and spine surgical settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
