**Night Relief/Training Supervisor**
The Night Relief/Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and guaranteeing that personnel are well-versed in standard operating procedures and safety protocols. This role involves managing production reports, ensuring quality standards, and fostering positive employee relations to uphold efficiency in operations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in the food manufacturing sector. A high school diploma is essential, with an associate degree being advantageous, as well as familiarity with OSHA, FDA, and USDA regulations.
