Job Summary
The Night Relief/Training Supervisor for the Fresh Mozzarella Department plays a critical role in overseeing the night operations of mozzarella production, ensuring quality standards are upheld. This position is responsible for supervising staff, providing training, and maintaining control over production processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations within the Fresh Mozzarella Department.
- Train and mentor new hires and existing employees on best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
- Collaborate with management to address any operational issues that arise during the night shift.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in line with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in food production or manufacturing, preferably in dairy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations applicable to food production.
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
