This position requires proactive management of maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all facilities function effectively and safely. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in greenhouse maintenance and at least 1 year in general construction. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
