The Night Security/Treatment Assistant plays a crucial role in safeguarding both the residents and the facility by conducting regular checks and surveillance. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing transportation, responding to crises, and accurately recording daily activities in logs. Applicants must possess a high school diploma, hold a valid driver’s license in Montana, and have thorough vehicle insurance. Prior experience in peer support, mental health, or security is essential, along with the capacity to engage with varied populations.
