Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers thorough clinical care and oversees patient transitions in the surgical, oncology, and trauma stepdown unit. Their duties include developing personalized care plans, championing patient rights, and providing mentorship to team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Applicants are required to possess a BSN degree and have a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience. A current Virginia RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association are mandatory.
