Job description
The Senior Substance Use Disorder Counselor is tasked with delivering recovery-focused care, performing screenings and evaluations, and leading both individual and group therapy sessions within a multidisciplinary team setting. Key responsibilities include maintaining precise clinical documentation, crafting personalized treatment plans, and partnering with community service organizations to enhance the continuum of care. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in human services or a healthcare-related field and possess a CASAC/CASAC-P certification, or alternatively, an Associate’s degree along with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience and a CASAC certification. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
