Job Summary
The nurse aide is responsible for carrying out routine service tasks alongside basic nursing functions to guarantee the care, comfort, and safety of patients while working under the guidance of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report on patient health conditions.
- Ensure a clean and organized environment for patients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is a must.
- Completion of first aid training is necessary.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic at an elementary level.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
