The Nurse Assistant performs receptionist and secretarial duties while supporting nursing staff with direct patient care tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, assisting with mobilization, and maintaining a safe, clean, and confidential environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a current State of Michigan CNA certification. Additionally, applicants must hold a BLS certification and possess either a completed Nurse Aide training program or six months of relevant healthcare experience.
