The Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of assigned nursing units around the clock, focusing on staff coordination and quality improvement. Responsibilities also include planning budgets, managing resource allocation, and fostering the professional growth of nursing personnel. Applicants need to possess a valid RN license, with a minimum of 3 years in clinical practice and at least 1 year in a management role. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be completed prior to the start of employment, while an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
