Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will deliver specialized and empathetic care to critically ill and premature infants within a Level III NICU setting. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of care for vulnerable newborns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs.
- Implement and manage individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in a Level III NICU.
- Active California Registered Nurse license.
- Required certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
