The Associate Vice President of Care Management provides strategic and operational leadership for care management services across the health system to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This executive collaborates with clinical and financial leadership to optimize utilization management, ensure regulatory compliance, and support value-based care initiatives. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including five years in senior care management roles. Strong expertise in CMS regulations, financial management, and multidisciplinary team leadership is required.
