Job Summary
We are in search of a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our Family Medicine team in Saluda, South Carolina. This role requires a professional who is passionate about providing high-quality healthcare and is adept at engaging with families regarding their treatment strategies and health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients effectively in a family medicine context.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate treatment options, medications, and health maintenance strategies to families.
- Document patient care details comprehensively and accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in Family Medicine or related healthcare fields.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in discussing health-related matters with patients and families.
- Commitment to patient care and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work onsite and manage responsibilities effectively in a float capacity.
