Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Family Medicine team in Greenwood, South Carolina. This role involves providing comprehensive health care services, including treatment plans, medication management, and health maintenance for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients’ health conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Manage patient medications and monitor their efficacy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Proven experience in a family medicine or primary care setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
