Job Summary
American Traveler is in search of a Certified Surgical Technologist for a prominent hospital Operating Room position located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This role requires NBSTSA certification and involves crucial responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-paced operating environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields in the operating room.
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Scrub in for surgeries and perform related tasks as needed.
- Participate in on-call duties during weekends as required.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Must hold current NBSTSA certification.
- Experience in operating room settings is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to commit to a schedule of 3×12 shifts.
