Job Summary
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is on the lookout for a dedicated and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is located in San Carlos and requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care within the community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients in accordance with established medical guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patients’ health issues.
- Provide patient education on health management and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records as mandated by healthcare laws.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
- Preferred experience in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work empathetically in a diverse environment.
- Commitment to continual professional development and education.
