Job Summary
Geisinger is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team, focusing on a Value-Based Care Model. The position is based onsite in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with diverse medical needs, emphasizing an integrated approach to patient health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality medical care to patients, especially those with complex health conditions.

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
