Job Summary
The Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is actively looking for a dedicated and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Internal Medicine team in a full-time capacity. This position is located in Palo Alto, California, and requires an onsite work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients in the Internal Medicine department.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients about their health conditions and promote wellness and prevention strategies.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Relevant experience in Internal Medicine is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate patient care with attention to detail.
