Job Summary
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is looking for a dedicated and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Internal Medicine to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position is located in Palo Alto, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in the field of Internal Medicine.
- Conduct health assessments, create treatment plans, and manage patient follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Document patient information accurately and comprehensively.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in Internal Medicine or relevant medical field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
