Job Summary
The role involves providing individualized nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in their home environments. A key aspect of this position is to foster lasting relationships with both the patients and their families while attending to their medical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a home setting.
- Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with patients and their families.
- Address and manage the medical needs of patients effectively.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current and active RN license.
- Pediatric experience is an advantage, though not mandatory as training will be provided.
