Job Summary
This position is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Emergency Medicine department, offering a PRN (as-needed) basis. The role is crucial for providing emergency care under the supervision of the Medical Director or designated staff, continuing the organization’s long-standing commitment to healthcare excellence since 1942.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality emergency medical care to patients.
- Collaborate with the supervising Medical Director or approved personnel.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with best practices in emergency medicine.
Qualifications
- Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care is preferred.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
