Job Summary
The position of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PRN) is available for those interested in conducting in-home health assessments in Winchester, Virginia. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments in patients’ homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
