Job Summary
Sutter Medical Group (SMG) Urgent Care is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of their vibrant team in Elk Grove, California. This onsite position offers a unique chance to provide high-quality urgent care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer treatments and procedures as per protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in medical records.
Qualifications
- Must hold valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Current state licensure in California is required.
- Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
