Job description
The Nurse Resident provides direct patient care at the bedside in a hospital environment while working under the guidance of a preceptor. They evaluate patient requirements, create personalized care plans, and work alongside the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Applicants must be graduates from a nursing program and possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Florida or a compact state. A current BLS certification is essential, and certain units may also require certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
