Job Summary
The Nurse Resident is responsible for providing direct patient care at the bedside while formulating personalized care plans under the guidance of a preceptor. This role entails active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and ensuring that all care documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver bedside patient care effectively.
- Develop individualized care plans under supervision.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Accurately document care in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Florida or a compact state.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory.
- This position is suitable for nurses with less than one year of clinical experience.
