Job description
The Nurse Supervisor will play a crucial role in the planning, organization, and management of nursing services to address the comprehensive needs of residents. This position entails overseeing shift care, coordinating care plans, and facilitating in-service training initiatives. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin. Prior experience in geriatrics is essential, along with an understanding of relevant state and federal regulations; supervisory experience is highly desirable.
