Job Summary
The Nurse plays a critical role in delivering quality healthcare services to patients. This position involves assessing patients’ health, administering medications, and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. The nurse will also provide education and support to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting findings.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients’ progress and reporting any changes in conditions.
- Educating patients and families on health management and preventative care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
