**Job Title: Nursing Assistant II**
The Nursing Assistant II delivers direct care to patients under the guidance of a licensed nurse. This role involves supporting clinical procedures, including phlebotomy and EKG administration. The individual will monitor patient conditions, record care activities, and engage in quality enhancement and safety initiatives. Candidates are required to have valid NAI and NAII certifications from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, along with a current HeartSaver certification from the American Heart Association. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and successful applicants must complete de-escalation training within 90 days of employment.
