Job description
**Compliance Manager**
The Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and upholding programs that ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation readiness. This position also involves coordinating initiatives focused on quality assurance and performance enhancement. The individual will keep track of pharmacy legislation, oversee the management of policy updates, and conduct internal audits to confirm compliance with operational standards. Applicants should have either a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and must hold an active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Illinois. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in pharmacy compliance, quality management, or regulatory affairs is essential.
