**Job Title: Night Supervisor**
The Night Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care and ensuring adherence to operational standards throughout night shifts. This position involves guiding the nursing team and overseeing daily activities on the floor. Responsibilities also include managing staff schedules, providing mentorship to team members, and engaging in initiatives for quality enhancement and regulatory compliance. Applicants are required to possess an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid Kansas RN license, along with 2-4 years of relevant nursing experience. Additionally, candidates must obtain professional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC within designated timeframes post-employment.
