The Educational Specialist serves as an educator, consultant, and researcher to develop staff competencies within a patient-centered model of care. They facilitate multi-disciplinary forums to improve care delivery and ensure adherence to clinical standards and patient safety goals. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey with a Master’s degree in Nursing. A minimum of five years of nursing experience, including at least three years in an acute hospital setting, is required.
