Job Summary
The Vice President of Operations oversees the everyday administration, strategic advancement, and operational efficacy of numerous primary care clinics. This role involves working closely with clinical leadership to guarantee adherence to regulations, enhance staff involvement, and facilitate the incorporation of additional services such as pharmacy and behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational performance of several primary care clinics.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related health field.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in managing multi-site physician practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with physicians.
