Job Summary
The Nursing Supervisor plays a vital role in managing nursing staff by overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring the smooth operation of daily nursing services. This position also involves assessing patient requirements, delivering direct nursing care, and maintaining accurate health record documentation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring, training, and assessing nursing personnel.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification is required.
- A degree from an accredited nursing institution is necessary.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- One to two years of experience in a leadership role is essential.
