Job Summary
The Occupational Health Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering medical care directly at the workplace. This position focuses on employee health and safety through various screenings and wellness initiatives, supporting the overall well-being of the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site medical care to employees, addressing immediate health concerns.
- Conduct health screenings and implement wellness programs tailored to employee needs.
- Maintain and manage confidential health records for all employees.
- Evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential factors that may lead to injuries or illnesses.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least one year of relevant experience in occupational health is essential.
