The Occupational Nurse is responsible for administering care for job-related injuries and illnesses, alongside overseeing workers’ compensation claims and case management activities. This role will also involve promoting safety and wellness initiatives and ensuring compliance with health regulations within the distribution center. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or be a Licensed Practical Nurse with applicable experience in occupational health. Additionally, certification in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens is necessary, as well as a background in managing workers’ compensation and medical leave processes.
