Job description
The Occupational Therapist will assess the functional capabilities of residents and create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their independence and overall quality of life. This role includes tracking patient progress, overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), and coordinating community wellness initiatives. Applicants should have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a valid state license or be eligible for licensure. Excellent clinical assessment abilities and familiarity with electronic medical record systems are essential.
