Job description
The Registered Nurse is tasked with conducting home health visits to deliver individual patient care, which encompasses medication administration, wound management, and various treatment procedures. This role includes the responsibility of monitoring patients’ health statuses, coordinating care efforts, and meticulously documenting both observations and physicians’ orders. Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license and should have a minimum of one year of recent experience in clinical medical or surgical settings. Strong computer skills and the ability to travel to designated patient locations are essential.
