The occupational therapist will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide exceptional hand therapy services. This role includes overseeing assistants, managing patient cases, and fostering strong professional relationships with facilities and personnel. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program and have a minimum of two years of recent experience in hand therapy and custom splinting. Additionally, a valid state driver’s license and CPR certification are necessary.
