Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing the conditions of patients and creating tailored treatment strategies aimed at enhancing their functional autonomy. This role entails delivering therapeutic interventions, keeping track of patient developments, and working closely with healthcare teams to guarantee high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the needs and conditions of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient functionality.
- Document and monitor patient progress meticulously.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program.
- Possession of a valid occupational therapy practice license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
