**Occupational Therapist**
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing residents and creating tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing functional independence, mobility, and daily living skills. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective care, ensure precise documentation is maintained, and inform families about treatment objectives. Applicants must have a degree in Occupational Therapy and an active, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina. Experience in a dynamic healthcare or skilled nursing environment is preferred.
