Job description
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing and providing therapy to residents to enhance their functional capabilities and promote independence. Key responsibilities include creating treatment plans, tracking progress, and overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Applicants must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school and a valid state license or be eligible for licensure. Proficiency in clinical assessment and familiarity with electronic medical record systems are essential.
