Job Title: Occupational Therapist
You will oversee a roster of patients in need of home-based occupational therapy aimed at enhancing their functional independence. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans. A valid Occupational Therapist license for New York State and a minimum of one year of professional experience in occupational therapy are required. Additionally, possessing a valid driver’s license and having access to a reliable vehicle is essential for conducting home visits.
