The Senior Manager will oversee the configuration, enhancement, and continuous support of the Workday HCM system, acting as a subject matter expert. This role includes managing HRIS initiatives, ensuring system reliability, and promoting collaboration between the HR, IT, and payroll teams. Applicants need to hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in database or information systems management. Proficiency in Workday configuration, business process design, and advanced reporting tools is essential.
