Job description
**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
Deliver personalized occupational therapy sessions to elderly individuals in their residences or senior living facilities, while formulating tailored care plans. Work in conjunction with a cross-functional team and employ telehealth resources to enhance patient well-being and promote functional autonomy. Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license or meet the requirements to obtain one in the respective state. A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy institution, basic computer skills, and up-to-date CPR certification are essential.
