Job Summary
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) plays a vital role in delivering caring and high-standard therapy services to individuals, working under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This position focuses on implementing treatment plans and ensuring effective management of patient cases while adhering to all regulatory standards applicable at both state and federal levels.
Responsibilities
- Execute and carry out treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Assist in the management of patient cases to foster optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations pertaining to occupational therapy practices.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education).
- Possession of a valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
