This role involves tracking resident progress and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal care. Applicants should have an associate degree from a recognized Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a valid state license or be eligible for licensing. Additionally, the position demands physical endurance to support residents and familiarity with electronic medical record documentation.
