Job description
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will carry out personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing residents’ functional independence and overall quality of life. This role involves tracking resident progress and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal care. Applicants should have an associate degree from a recognized Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a valid state license or be eligible for licensing. Additionally, the position demands physical endurance to support residents and familiarity with electronic medical record documentation.
