Job description
Job Summary
The OCM Lead (Planview) will play a pivotal role in managing the organizational change management process associated with Planview implementation. This individual will facilitate smooth transitions, providing support and guidance to ensure effective adoption of the system across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and mitigation measures related to change impacts.
- Facilitate training sessions and create materials to educate users about the Planview system.
- Monitor and report on change management initiatives, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Support the development of communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably involving software implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Planview or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
- Relevant certifications in change management are a plus.
