Job Summary
The role involves heading major, intricate projects within the Defense OEM Business Unit, with a focus on helping clients fully benefit from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions through proficient governance and implementation. The position emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams to oversee project elements such as scope, budget, timeline, and quality, while also advancing digital transformation results.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale projects within the Defense OEM sector.
- Ensure the effective realization of PLM solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to manage various project aspects.
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Drive outcomes related to digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Several years of experience with enterprise PLM solutions, specifically Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in leadership and project management.
- Certification in Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets of over $1 million USD.
