Job Summary
The On-Site Property Manager plays a crucial role as the main contact for residents, managing everyday property operations, leasing processes, and community upkeep. This position is vital for reaching financial goals, maintaining adherence to regulations, and delivering outstanding resident services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily property operations.
- Handle leasing activities, including tenant relations and property showings.
- Ensure community maintenance and service standards are met.
- Achieve financial objectives and monitor budgetary compliance.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with local ordinances and company policies.
- Provide high-quality service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Active state real estate license is required.
- 3–5 years of experience in property management or leasing is essential.
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
