Job description
The Onboarding Associate is responsible for overseeing the pre-employment compliance procedures, such as conducting background screenings, administering drug tests, and verifying documents. In addition, this role involves delivering exceptional customer service at the front office and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and supplies. The preferred candidate will have a background in customer service or sales and excel in a collaborative team setting. A bachelor’s degree is advantageous, and proficiency in Spanish is a beneficial skill.
