Job description
**Associate Attorney**
The Associate Attorney will oversee significant family law matters from the initial intake all the way through to the final judgment, encompassing contentious divorce proceedings and intricate SAPCR cases. This role entails representing clients in court, executing depositions, and developing litigation strategies with the help of an assigned paralegal. Applicants must have a valid Texas bar license for a minimum of two years and should possess at least two years of focused experience in Texas family law litigation. Expertise in legal software like Clio and TxDoc, coupled with strong courtroom advocacy abilities, is essential.
